Non Discrimination Policy

Christ the Teacher Interparochial School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to the School.

For students being admitted into the uppergrades, an evaluation of prior school records and an interview with the Principal and teacher is mandatory.

Christ the Teacher school gives admission preference to:

  • Children presently enrolled in the school, in grades pre school through 8, will be guaranteed re-enrollment status upon receipt of registration forms and fees by the designated date.
  • Children of registered parishioners of Madonna, Holy Trinity, Holy Rosary or Epiphany and siblings will be given priority consideration for enrollment upon receipt of registration forms and fees by the designated dates.
  • Children of non-parishioners and non-Catholics, upon receipt of registration forms and fees by the designated date.

Admission Requirements

Age

Birth certificate must be submitted for proof of age.

Pre K3must be 3 years old on or before October 31st
Pre K4must be 4 years old on or before October 31st
Kdgmust be 5 years old on or before October 31st
Grade 1must be 6 years old on or before October 31st

Immunization/Health Requirements

An applicant whose immunization record is incomplete will not be admitted.

All children, kindergarten through grade 8, entering school in New Jersey for the first time, must be tested by the Mantoux PPD method.

A physical examination is required for all new students.

Financial Obligations

All parents/guardians are required to abide by the financial obligations outlined in the tuition contract. Christ the Teacher School has a bank program for tuition collection.

Parents/guardians are required to participate in fund raisers or its equivalent. These fund raisers help to off-set the cost of the school operation.

Besides the tuition, the following fees are collected:

  • Registration fee which is paid at the time of registration.
  • Computer fee and fund raiser which are included in the tuition.
